AI Presenters
AI presenters power news anchors, training videos, and product walk-throughs. Here is how they are deployed at scale and where they still fall short.

01Where they have landed
AI presenters are now the default for enterprise training, software walk-throughs, and short-form social explainers. They have not displaced live anchors in tier-one journalism, where credibility is the entire product.
The economic case is straightforward: an AI presenter rewrites a video by editing a script, not by reshooting.
02The credibility ceiling
Presenters convey information well. They convey trust less well. Audiences read subtle cues — hesitation, recovery, eye movement — that current avatars do not yet reproduce naturally.
That ceiling will move, but it has not moved yet. Anything that depends on the audience trusting the speaker's lived experience is still safer with a human on camera.
